Christine Dwyer of RMC Research and I just completed an inquiry into the capacities that participating organizations reported as having discovered and acquired as a result of ArtsLab, and published a report about our findings.. ArtsLab is a multi-funder initiative led by Sharon Rodning Bash and Arts Midwest that allows a cohort of organizations to move through a series of discussion and training retreats led by an able faculty. Organizations are awarded cash grants to help develop capacities identified as necessary to their advancement as part of the multi-year program. Mentors are provided to support implementation.
